I didn’t want to call the front desk again bc I was too upset and now we had missed our dinner reservations. When maintenance arrived he looked at them and said yes that’s a problem and he was sorry that they out sourced the problem and he couldn’t do anything. Not wanting to switch again we waited 40 mins for someone to arrive. They said they could send maintenance up to fix the problem or we could switch rooms again.
When I looked down on the floor their were ants everywhere! I called down to the front desk again and told them. When we finally got settled in our next room I went to the bathroom to get ready for our dinner reservations. We called to the front desk and they were kind enough to switch us rooms.
Due to my error I didn’t realize this hotel still offered smoking rooms. This was one of the worst hotels that we ever stayed at! When we arrived In our room it had an overwhelming smell of smoke.
